Policies:

By booking, you agree to the following policies.

Must be 21 years or older to rent a cabin

No pets: A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if a pet is found in any of our units.

Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside any of the cabins/rooms or on the porch. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if cabin/room is smoked in.

Housekeeping: Additional charges may be applied to card on file in the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements.

Deposits: A deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation with the balance due at arrival

Cancellations: For stays shorter than 1 week, cancellations may be made 30 days in advance for a refund minus $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded. For stays that are 1 week or longer, cancellations may be made 60 days in advance for a refund minus $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will not be refunded.
